5.Digital adoption assessment

We believe in the importance of assisting our clients so as they become fully aware of the way their people interact with the digital instruments that are at their disposal.

For this reason, by taking part to dozens of different IT solution implementation projects for  several organizations operating in different fields, we have developed a survey methodology that aims at better understanding the level of use of systems from different types of users, also highlighting areas of improvement and possible interventions to be made in order to increase the level of adoption.

Our analysis projects, in spite of being based on a solid approach, are always built taking into account the company context; they integrate technical investigation (i.e., on field observation of the way in which the software is used) with functional and organizational evaluations.
